Victoria Street Residence is an extension and renovation of a post-war cottage on a sloping site. The design celebrates the character of the original home while creating a site-responsive layout that connects the lower level and central courtyard to the upper living quarters. The result is a compact, functional plan that maximizes spatial efficiency and offers a subtle street presence from a slightly elevated vantage point.
